On April 2, 2026, the final meeting of the II level certification committee of the Rivne Medical Academy was successfully held at the Rivne Medical Academy, during which the results of the certification of directors of professional pre-higher education were summed up:

correspond to the position held: Lysytsia Dmytro Leonidovych, Director of the Professional Medical College of the Rivne Medical Academy; Nosko Ihor Pavlovych, Director of Kostopil Professional Medical College of the Rivne Medical Academy.

correspond to the position held, confirm the qualification category "specialist of the highest qualification category" and assign the pedagogical title "teacher-methodologist" to:

Kysliuk Zhanna Mykhailivna, teacher of socio-economic and social disciplines, Director of Dubno Professional Medical College of the Rivne Medical Academy;

Nosko Ihor Pavlovych, teacher of Surgery, Director of Kostopil Professional Medical College of the Rivne Medical Academy.

The results of the certification indicate a systematic increase in the professional level of the heads of institutions of professional pre-higher education of the structural divisions of MIHE “Rivne Medical Academy”, the development of their creative potential, the ability to share their own professional experience – everything is aimed at improving the efficiency of the educational process.
