On January 23, 2026, an open meeting of the Department of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy of the Rivne Medical Academy was held.

During the meeting, the organization and quality of the educational process for the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year was analyzed, and ways to increase the effectiveness of practical training of students were discussed. Particular attention was paid to improving the content of academic disciplines, their practical orientation and compliance with modern requirements in the field of rehabilitation.

During the discussion, key tasks for the second semester of the year were identified:

- systematic development of the department's potential;

- updating of information and methodological materials on the MOODLE platform;

- strict adherence to working curricula, programmes and the schedule of the educational process;

- enhancing career guidance activities among students of the Academy’s structural units in order to promote the specialties of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy.

Conducting such meetings is an important component of a systematic approach to the analysis of educational activities and planning the further development of the department. The realization of the identified priorities will contribute to improving the quality of the educational process, professional growth of teachers and the formation of a high level of practical competencies in future specialists in physical therapy, occupational therapy.
