A meeting was held in the Sarny District Military Administration dedicated to the functioning of medical institutions in the district, their interaction with territorial communities, and increasing the availability of medical services for the population.

The event was attended by the rector of the Rivne Medical Academy, Nataliia Mamontova, who presented the academy's capabilities in the field of training and advanced training of medical personnel.

During the career guidance block, Nataliia Mamontova emphad that the Rivne Medical Academy is a reliable partner for the regional medical system, which provides training for specialists of various profiles: from paramedics to pharmacists and nurses. She focused on the importance of forming a personnel reserve in border areas, where the need for qualified specialists is particularly acute.

Separately, the rector spoke about the opportunities for continuous professional development for already working doctors and about training programs that meet modern standards and challenges of the industry.
