Our educational institution is among those on the basis of which the implementation of a unique project for Ukraine on the introduction of medical coaching will take place. Its development is currently ongoing.

In particular, it is planned that it is on the basis of selected institutions of Rivne and Volyn regions that training of trainers will take place, who in turn will be able to conduct high-quality and meaningful training of students, interns and, in fact, trainers. The project involves the implementation of the supervision process among medical specialists.

As part of the planning of the practical part of the project, the Academy was visited today by the Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Protection and Public Health of the Rivne Regional State Administration, Vitalii Demydov, representatives of the National Institute of Health and Welfare of Ukraine named after Shupyk, as well as the Volyn Medical Institute, Luhansk State Medical University, the Educational and Training Department of the Emergency Medical Aid in the Rivne region and the public organization Rivne-TAKMED. For the guests, the rector of the Rivne Medical Academy, Roman Shustyk, and the first vice-rector of the Academy, Ruslana Konoshchuk, conducted an excursion, during which they were introduced to the base of our institution, the updated classrooms of the simulation center, the department of physical therapy and occupational therapy, and the department of medical and preventive disciplines and laboratory research.
