The Simulation Center of the Rivne Medical Academy was visited by Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Director of the Institute of Innovative Simulation Medical and Educational Technologies named after P.L. Shupyk Dmytro Konkov. He got acquainted with the material base of the center, met with specialists. Also, together with the Deputy Director of the Department Vitalii Demydov, they got acquainted with the work of the simulation centers of the Luhansk State Medical University and the educational and training department of the EMA in the Rivne region.

The visit took place according to the implementation of the state program for the development of simulation centers and the preparation of protocols that will become the basis for the implementation of standards throughout Ukraine.

Dmytro Konkov emphad: today it is important to implement safe training, when each doctor practices skills on modern mannequins before the first contact with the patient. This allows you to simulate realistic clinical situations and act confidently in critical cases.

Director of the Department of Civil Defense and Public Health Oleh Vivsiannyk noted that the Rivne region has the potential to become a powerful cluster of simulation medicine: “It is necessary to join forces and develop joint initiatives in order to effectively implement the latest training technologies.
