COOPERATING WITH COMMUNITIES OF THE RIVNE REGION
Another important agreement that contributes to the future of healthcare in Rivne region.
Rivne Medical Academy has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Hoshcha Territorial Community. Together with the Head of the Community, Mykola Panchuk, the Rector of the Academy, Roman Shustyk, formalized a shared vision of how medical education and the local healthcare workforce should develop.
“For us, this is another step toward ensuring real accessibility of medical education for young people from local communities — the opportunity to study closer to home, complete practical training in local healthcare institutions, and better understand the specific needs of a particular area. For the community, it is an investment in its own professionals, the stability of medical institutions, and the quality of care provided to people.
I am convinced that such cooperation brings results when both parties think strategically. That is exactly the approach we share with the Hoshcha community. I thank Mykola Panchuk for the constructive dialogue and willingness to work with a long-term perspective,” noted Roman Shustyk.
