Events dedicated to the World AIDS Day were held
On December 1, 2021, a number of important events dedicated to the World AIDS Day took place at Professional Medical College of the Rivne Medical Academy;
• Karpovych Nataliia Vasylivna, a teacher of infectious diseases, head of the cyclic committee of professionally-oriented disciplines of therapeutic profile gave an online lecture on the topic: “HIV / AIDS - everyone should know about it. AIDS is closer than you think ";
• Teachers of the cyclic committee of professionally-oriented disciplines of therapeutic profile held informational minutes for students of “Curative Affair” and “Nursing Affair” departments, where they discussed issues of awareness of their health and tolerance for those living with HIV;
• The student community of the Rivne Medical Academy dormitories also took part in raising the awareness of junior students about the ways of transmission and methods of HIV prevention.
