On November 3, 2025, the methodological month of cyclic committee of professionally oriented clinical disciplines started at the Professional Medical College of MIHE "Rivne Medical Academy".

As a part of the event, teacher Yana Cheredniak held an open online lecture dedicated to World Stroke Day, which is celebrated annually on October 29.

The meeting was attended by 4th-year students of the “Nursing” department (group A), teachers and representatives of the college administration.

The participants received valuable information about:

- the main types of cerebral circulation disorders;

- the causes, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of strokes;

- modern methods of diagnosis, treatment and prevention;

- the importance of timely provision of medical care.

Thanks to high-quality visual support and thoughtful presentation of the material, the lecture was easy to understand and as practical as possible.

After the presentation, students were able to consolidate the knowledge gained by completing individual tasks on the MOODLE learning platform.

Such educational activities not only deepen the professional competencies of future doctors, but also form a conscious attitude towards disease prevention, which saves lives.
