On November 2, 2023, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Fundamental Disciplines headed by the head of the department Mialiuk O. P. and the students of specialty 224 "Technologies of medical diagnostics and treatment" visited the Centralized Department of Automated Laboratory Diagnostics of the ME "Rivne Regional Clinical Medical and Diagnostic Center named after V. Polishchuk" of Rivne Regional Council. The department is multidisciplinary. It includes a laboratory of clinical immunology, a laboratory of clinical biochemistry, a general clinical laboratory, and a PCR laboratory. The head of the department, Nataliia Vitaliivna Shulha, together with the laboratory staff, talked about the modern automatic analyzers of the world's leading manufacturers available in the department: analyzers for chemiluminescence studies Immulite1000 (DPC) and Cobase411 (Roche), biochemical analyzers Integra400+ (Roche) and Pentra400 (АВХ), hematological analyzers Micros(ABX), PCR amplifier DT 96 (DNA technology), ELISA readers StatFax303+ (AwarenessTechnology) and Tecan(SunRise), liquid chromatograph Ultimate300 RS, automatic coagulometer RT2204. The head noted that thanks to the use of test systems and reagents of the "closed" type, high quality of laboratory research is achieved. A pleasant surprise for the students was an invitation to undergo industrial and pre-diploma practice at this institution.
