Registration of people wishing to take part in the Unified Professional Entrance Test (UFVV) and/or the Unified Entrance Exam (EUI) is carried out by the admissions committees of higher education institutions, providing the personal presence of the applicant and/or remotely.

Those aged 45+ and who are participants in hostilities are accepted for state funds.
