Admission campaign - 2026

In 2026, all applicants registered or declared in the permanently occupied territories or areas of active hostilities have the right to admission under quota-2. This means that they participate in a separate competition for budget places and do not compete for them together with other applicants.

🔹Who enters according to the results of the NMT?

If you left before October 1, 2025, you enter according to the results of the NMT and participate in the competition for budget places under quota-2.

🔹Who can choose the NMT or an interview?

If you are still in the POT or areas of active hostilities or left after October 1, 2025, you can enter according to the results of the NMT or undergo interviews in the subjects of the NMT at the chosen higher education institution.

Important: before submitting the first application, you must contact the admissions committee of any higher education institution to register the right to special conditions for admission to the single state electronic database on education. The applicant's electronic account can be registered on the portal of the single state electronic database on education. Submission of applications for bachelor's and medical master's degrees will last from July 19 to 18:00 on August 1.

Through the electronic account, you can:

🔹 register for interviews and creative competitions;

🔹 submit applications;

🔹 track their status;

🔹 confirm the choice of place of study.

Assistance with admission is provided by educational centers that operate from June 1 to September 30. They provide support at all stages, and some processes can be completed remotely, even before departure.

Free housing is provided during admission. Scholarships, state support, and assistance with adaptation are also provided.

If you are just planning to leave, within according to the initiative of the President of Ukraine Bring Kids Back UA, they help you leave for free, confidentially, and with full support - even without documents.

If you are not ready to enroll immediately, preparatory programs are available, including the "zero course".
