On December 9, 2025, a regular meeting of the Academic Council of the Rivne Medical Academy was held in person, during which a summary of educational activities for the first semester of 2025/2026 academic year was held: the prospects for the development of the Academy in the context of the launch of new and implementation of existing educational programs were discussed, an analysis of graduate employment and the effectiveness of the work of the EPP (Educational Professional Programmes) support groups was carried out. The Rector of the Academy, Roman SHUSTYK, focused the attention of those present on the justification of ways to modernize the level of implementation of innovative technologies in the educational process. The First Vice-Rector, Ruslana KONOSHCHUK, outlined the main directions of using funds and distributing the Academy's budget and the possibilities of improving the educational and material base of the Rivne Medical Academy. Oksana SHTRIMAITIS in her speech drew attention to the importance of continuous professional development of pedagogical and scientific and pedagogical workers with medical education. Oksana Viktorivna also conducted a thorough analysis of the scientific and thematic content of the professional journal Health & Education (category "B" for specialties A1 Educational Sciences, A5 Professional Education (by specialization)). The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy Larysa KOROBKO introduced the attendees to the main approaches of training a nurse in Norway and substantiated the possibilities of implementing them in the educational process of the Academy. Some working issues were also discussed.

Appropriate decisions were made on each issue.

Concluding the meeting, the Chairman of the Academic Council Vitalii UNDIR and the Rector of the Academy Roman SHUSTYK thanked all those present for cooperation and constructive dialogue in resolving issues of organizing the educational process.
