Today, students of the graduating groups of the Academy learned more about labor relations. The head of the labor department of the Department of Inspection Activities in the Rivne region, Margaryta Zakharchuk, and the chief specialist, Oleksandr Bilovol, spoke about the dangers that can await young people.

During the lecture, organized by the employment promotion department, experts spoke about the advantages of official employment, the importance of concluding an employment contract and compliance with labor legislation. Particular attention was paid to the issues of protecting the rights of young workers, social guarantees, wages and employer responsibility.

Separately, they discussed what minors need to know when applying for employment: the features of concluding an employment contract, working hours, working conditions and legislative restrictions.

It is important that our graduates are not only competent doctors, but also aware of their rights and opportunities.
