On November 11, 2021, a methodical meeting off teachers of social sciences and humanities took place "Optimization of students' mental activity as a precondition for training a competitive medical specialist" (form of participation - remote).

The purpose of the event was to discuss current issues of training a competitive medical specialist, based on the creation of such pedagogical conditions that are a precondition for success in the global labor market; exchange of innovative ideas for the formation of a successful specialist; support for teachers in improving their professional skills and scientific level; exchange of new ideas and experience.

Only a broadly educated person who is able to flexibly restructure the direction and content of his activity in connection with changing technologies or market requirements can be competitive, "really" socially protected. Therefore, there is an urgent need to train students who know how and want to work, are ready to achieve their own goals and the goals of the institution, who are able to quickly navigate and adapt to rapidly changing conditions.

In real market conditions, this is possible only if there is personal self-determination, identity and the implementation of continuing education.
