On May 28–29, our Academy had the honor of being represented at the II Youth Medical Forum – 2026, which took place in Lviv.

The forum brought together leading educators, scientists, clinicians and, most importantly, the young generation of medical professionals from different parts of Ukraine. Two days of a rich program: a student scientific conference, professional workshops, a festive concert, a city tour, a lively, open panel discussion of the future of medical education.

The Rivne Medical Academy was represented at the forum by the first vice-rector Ruslana Konoshchuk, Olha Ostapchuk and the 2nd year students of the department “Pharmacy” and “Nursing” Dariia Popko and Sofiia Zelinska.

A special pride is Sofiia, who confidently and professionally delivered a scientific report “The influence of standardized nursing interventions on the healing rate of postoperative wounds: an experimental study” and adequately presented our Academy. The student’s scientific supervisor is Larysa Korobko, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy.

We sincerely thank the organizers of the forum —Lviv Medical Academy after Andrii Krupynskyi for creating a real space for professional growth, exchange of experience and inspiration. Such events remind us: medical education in Ukraine is alive, courageous and future-oriented.
