On April 28, 2026, a meeting of the Academic Council of the MIHE "Rivne Medical Academy" was held in a mixed format. During the meeting, the main issues of organizing the educational process at the Academy were discussed, in particular:

● On the preparation of the Academy for the admission campaign and approval of regulatory documents of the admissions committee for 2026;

● On approval of the concept of educational activities for the EPP "Emergency Medicine" of the First (Bachelor's) level of higher education (Field of knowledge - I Health care and social security, Specialty - I5 Nursing, Specialization - 15.02 Emergency Medicine, Educational qualification - Bachelor of Emergency Medicine, Professional qualification - Paramedic;

● On preparation for state certification in the MIHE "Rivne Medical Academy": level of preparation of qualification master's theses of the second year of education of the second (master's) level; clarification of the topics of qualification master's theses and approval of scientific supervisors for the first year of education of the second (master's) level.

At the meeting of the Academic Council: the report was heard and approved, the materials and theses of the VI All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conference of students and gifted youth were analyzed: "News of science: research, scientific discoveries, innovative technologies"; recommendations were provided for the printing of materials (articles) for the scientific journal (professional publication of category B) "Health & Education" No. 1 2026. The Chairman of the Academic Council Vitaliy UNDIR and the Rector of the Academy Roman SHUSTYK noted positive developments in the preparation of the institution for the admission campaign and the opening of new specialties at the institution. Vice-Rector for Scientific Work Oksana SHTRIMAITIS emphad the importance of motivating scientific and pedagogical workers to improve their publication activity. Larysa KOROBKO, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, drew attention to the analysis of students' attendance at classes. Inessa KHMELIAR, Head of the Educational and Methodological Department, drew attention to the preparation of reports by teachers for the academic year. Inessa Makarivna emphad that from 01.05.2026 to 10.06.2026 administrative control on regulatory disciplines will be carried out.
